Care Awards 2012 - last few days - don't miss

Due to popular demand the closing date for Nominations for the 2012 Care Awards has been extended to Friday 18th May 2012.  Don't miss it! 

 

This is the perfect opportunity to nominate an individual, team or organisation  that deserves recognition for their dedication to enhancing the lives of others. 

 

The gala dinner and award ceremony will be held at Wellsprings Leisure Centre in Taunton on the 12th October 2012 with a ticket price of £30.00.  Great news- thanks to Richard Smith of Way Ahead Care, we have booked Groove-a-licious as the band to help us dance away the evening following the awards ceremony.

Meeting Room available for hire

 

 

    

 

Care Focus has a meeting room available to hire for 12 people boardroom style or 25 people theatre style. With ample free parking and easy access to the M5 and the A38 our suite is available for half day hire at a cost of £70 or full day hire for £120. (Discounts offered to Care Focus Partners and for block bookings).

Keeping Safe in Your Own Home Brochure

 

We were delighted to secure a regional contract through the Joint Improvement Partnership and ADASS to produce a short guide for individuals purchasing their own care or support.  Working with colleagues from Age UK, Compass Disability, Carers UK, Way Ahead Care and Skills for Care we were able to consult with a wide range of individuals including those in receipt of services, family members, carers and care and support workers.
